With assignments, observations, and surprising clues, the travel document challenges you not only to be a spectator but to actively participate. Let yourself be swept away, go exploring, and collect stamps in the various Kunstnacht clusters!

What can you expect?

During Kunstnacht, you will find various program clusters throughout and around the city center of Nijmegen. This travel document guides you along five special locations where extra ArtEZ programs can be experienced:

• Mariënburg | In conversation: Share your experiences with other visitors and use the question box to start inspiring conversations.
• Keizer Karel Plein | Listen and draw: Open your ears wide. Translate what you hear, literally or as a feeling, into your own small work of art on paper.
• Honig | The anonymous opinion box: Leave your unvarnished opinion about what you have seen and grab an anonymous opinion from another visitor.
• Lindenberg | Your own portrait on the big canvas: Choose a colorful dot and add your mini self-portrait to a large collaborative artwork.
• NYMA (Waalplein) | One great work of many hands: Think about composition and location and add your own balloon to a growing installation artwork.

Do you spot a green pedestal along the way? Then you know you're on the right track! The pedestals mark locations where you can briefly stray from the beaten path for something extra.

The travel document was developed by ArtEZ students Miriam van Leent, Noam Sanders, Rosa Tijbosch, Alysha Salari, Esther Kleermaker, Jesse van Es, Gijs Wingens en Daniqua Navarro.

There are a total of 500 copies available. You will receive the travel document this coming Saturday when exchanging your QR code for a wristband at the main scan locations. Be quick, because once they're gone, they're gone!
