155 is a quirky collective of creative friends who bring dance, humor, music, and video together into explosive shows, dance movies and sketches. Throw Jackass, Maaskantje, and breakdance into the blender and you get 155. Based on a childish curiosity and a raw, energetic style, 155 breaks off traditional boundaries of art and entertainment. 155 wants to make art accessible to everyone, from seasoned theaterlovers to new audiences. With our roots in hip-hop, breaking and club culture, we create shows, sketches and dance films that use movement as a universal language. By focusing on humor and energy, we connect Art with a capital A with the everyday, and we invite people to put things into perspective, laugh, and see life through a new lens.
