An enthusiastic group of volunteers is needed to support the team before, during and after the festival to make Kunstnacht into a succes. Will you help?
This is a unique opportunity to participate in a major arts festival and to get a look behind the scenes. The city will be abuzz with spectacular performances, literary readings, challenging exhibitions and musical performances. A wonderful mix of art and culture that you can be a part of. Together, we will ensure an unforgettable night!
The various volunteer positions:
Host:
In this role, you'll be responsible for operations at one of the city's hotspots. As a host, you'll scan tickets, check wristbands, count visitors, and answer questions. As a host, you'll be the face of Kunstnacht! Are you someone who enjoys a friendly chat, but can also keep a close eye on everything? Then sign up as a host!
Time: 6:30 PM - 12:00 AM.
Would you like to be assigned to a location with someone else? Please let us know.
Cluster Manager:
In this role, you'll be responsible for one of the six clusters. You'll be the point of contact if anything needs to be done within your cluster. This could be anything from a power outage to running out of wristbands that need replenishing. Are you a production-oriented person? Then this role is definitely for you! Sign up as a cluster manager, and don't miss out, as there are only 6 spots available.
Construction and Decoration Team:
In this team, you'll be responsible for the festival's appearance at various locations throughout the city. You'll build the venues to ensure they look completely Kunstnacht-ready. Are you a creative, handy person who enjoys tackling the challenges? Then sign up for the Construction and Decoration Team!
PR Team:
As a member of the PR team, you'll help promote Kunstnacht (Art Night). This includes distributing posters throughout the city and sharing content on social media. You'll be available on Kunstnacht Saturday to create and share content. Are you someone who enjoys working on PR and creating content? Then sign up for the PR team!
What do we offer?
Every volunteer will receive a genuine Kunstnacht goodie bag. In addition, we are organizing a social get-together for volunteers at Hubert on September 3rd. During the get-together, we will give a briefing on the various roles so that everyone can start Kunstnacht well-prepared. Of course, there will also be plenty of time to get to know all the other volunteers!
