Dansende klanken bij Valkhof Museum

Valkhof Museum presents an immersive performance where sound and movement collide
During Kunstnacht 2025, Valkhof Museum invites you into a sensory experience where sound and movement merge. In one of the museum galleries, you'll encounter Single Drops — an electro-acoustic sound installation by Pierre Estourgie.
At three distinct moments during the night, dancers Jansje Flügge and Marlène Klodwig will respond live to the installation with a unique, improvised dance performance.
About the artists
Pierre Estourgie creates immersive sound installations where technology meets poetry. His work is both intellectually stimulating and emotionally resonant.
Marlène Klodwig works with contemporary dance, improvisation, and social themes. She explores the connection between personal experience and the broader world around us.
Jansje Flügge approaches dance as a form of togetherness and expression. Her intuitive and energetic style reflects her open engagement with the world and the people in it.
Each performance lasts about 10 minutes and is never the same — the dance is created live, in direct response to the sound work.
