During Kunstnacht, Hubert Foundation and Blauwdruk turn the Tunnels into a vibrant meeting place where art, music and stories come together. Inspired by the origins of house music in the black and queer communities of New York and Chicago, the dance floor is central as more than just a place to move: a space for connection, freedom, expression and collective energy.

With contributions by Verborgen Verhalen, Juha van 't Zelfde and Marc Sylla, a program unfolds in which personal histories, local perspectives and international influences intersect. Through conversations, stories, music and artistic interventions, we explore how musical cultures form communities, how heritage works in the present and how the dance floor can act as a place of encounter, exchange and imagination.

Tunnels brings together different worlds: from local subcultures to global music histories, from established makers to new voices. The result is a night in which past and future, art and club culture, reflection and movement merge seamlessly. An invitation to listen, discover and enter the dance floor together.
